What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar storage can remember a setting or help a website protect a request. Some are deleted when you close the browser and others remain for a set period.

Cookies we use

• Session and authentication: keeps you signed in and connects requests to the correct secure session.
• Security: protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery and helps prevent abuse.
• Remember me: used only when you ask the login page to remember your account.
• Interface preference: remembers whether the account sidebar is open. The site itself is light mode only.

These technologies are necessary to provide features you request or keep the service secure. We do not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.

Mapbox and Stripe

When you open a listing with an interactive map, your browser connects to Mapbox to download the map. Mapbox may receive technical data under its own privacy terms. If you choose Premium or manage billing, you leave this site for Stripe Checkout or the Stripe customer portal, where Stripe applies its own cookies and privacy terms.

Your choices

You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies will prevent sign-in, form submission and other account features from working correctly. If we add optional analytics, advertising or similar non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and introduce consent controls before using them where required.
